Mr Duoth Kuon Koang holds a Diploma in Social Work and Social Administration at Makerere institute for social development (MISD) Uganda and Bachelor of Art in development studies with empathies in peace and conflict management at Bugema University Uganda. His Country of experience are South Sudan, Ethiopia, South Africa and Kenya
TECHNICAL BOARD MEMBER
Dr. Halder studied demography/statistics and earned his PhD from the Jahangirnagar University, Dhaka. He earned his MSc degree from the University of Delhi in Statistics. Currently he is engaged as the Impact Evaluation Consultant (Team Lead) for World Vision South Sudan Emergency Life Saving Programs (WASH, Food Security and Nutrition). Dr. Halder’s previous positions include directing the Research and Evaluation at the Last Mile Health in Liberia from 2016 – 2017 and conducted research in epidemiology on child and maternal health, worked as the Senior Program Manager at International Centre for Diarrheal Diseases Research, Bangladesh (icddrb) on WASH, Public Health and Nutrition during 2011-2015, and worked as the Program Quality /Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator for World Vision Sudan and South Sudan emergency programs during 2008-2011. To-date he published over 30 peer reviewed articles in high impact international journals and presented his research findings attending several internal conferences. Dr.Halder has joined TOCH this year (2018) and was appointed as technical member board of trustees which gives advice to the organization. He will hold this position for the next 5 years (2018-2022) supporting TOCH programs on the side of research and evaluation of TOCH projects and programs.
Secretary for Treasury of the Board of Trustees (BOT)
Angelo Biet is a Grant Accountant for World Vision International, South Sudan Programme. He holds Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Banking & Finance. He has completed CPA Level II Section 3 with KASNEB. He is currently pursuing MBA – Accounting & Finance at Cavendish University Uganda. He is highly trained on staff care, stress management, individual and group crisis intervention. Angelo has worked in various financial positions with companies, public sector and International Organizations. He is currently strengthening the capacity of local NGO on financial management, internal control systems and financial reporting. With all these lengthy of experience, Angelo acts as a secretary for Treasury of the Board of Trustees (BOT) for TOCH South Sudan in serving children and women of South Sudan.
