The founder has a wide range of experiences from Teachings in the Diocese of Rumbek parishes of Marial lou,Don Bosco(Tonj) and warrap comboni (Tonj North county) primary schools and with the International organisations such as save the Children Sweden and World Vision International, Sudan Program. He also works with South Sudan Peace and Reconciliation Commission as a peace coordinator for warrap state. He has 10 ten years of working experiences in Teaching, NGO world and Government. All these extensive knowledge places him in such managerial position with TOCH South Sudan. He also acquired numerous professional trainings such as Children in Emergencies (level 1&2), Local Capacity for Peace (LCP) or Do No Harm approach (level 1&2), Child Rights training from the university of Pretoria centre for Human Rights in South Africa and other trainings in Peace building from various institutions offering capacities to South Sudanese Nationals to contribute to rebuilding and reconstruction of post conflict South Sudan. He is a trained primary teacher from St. Josephine Teachers training College in Kitale, Kenya, Diploma in Social Work and Development Advocacy from PREMESE AFRICA DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE in Nairobi, Kenya and Bachelor Degree in Development Studies from Bugema University, Kampala-Uganda. His dedication and commitment to serving children of South Sudan motivates him to work for national NGO such as TOCH South Sudan.
when a group of concerned youths came together to discuss the rise of communal violence and subsequent insecurity issues affecting children, youth and women in 2008, TOCH was formed.
