TOCH South Sudan is looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as The Head of Programs position has both an internal and external orientation but works closely with the Executive Director, Finance, MEAL, Human Resource, and Operations teams internally in facilitating the planning, implementation, and monitoring of programs, projects, and activity initiatives.
